When you place an order, it is processed and usually shipped the following Monday. In summer and at Christmas / New Year, it can take a little longer before we send your order.
The envelope is a standard envelope with postage paid and no sender on the outside. If the recipient is not at the address, PostNord will open the shipment and send it back to us.
If you want to change your order and change variety or extend, you can easily do this yourself by logging into your customer profile. There you can also change your address or cancel.
Our service is aimed at men who have sex with men as well as transgender people who have a postal address in Skåne. If you do not belong to the target group, we ask you to arrange condoms in another way. Often, county councils and regions have free condoms to pick up at Youth Guidance Centres, Student health or at the STI clinic in your county council.
